Some attorneys are willing to give cash advances if the outcome of the suit is pretty certain, but they usually tack on interest. I'm not sure about an outside source, such as a cash loan company or a bank. I've never heard of it. I'd say it's a bet that you won't be able to get anything. If you are desperate, contact your attorney.
I heard something like that, but they must ***** you over pretty good to get it done.
i wouldn't advise it cause juries are very fickle.
This depends in how the outcome will seem to the attorney, if they think that this will
be a case that you will indeed win they will give you a cash advance if not then
they will not give you this.
